What a Boat!

Legendary typographer Marian Bantjes has come up with a very striking design for a novelty sailing boat commissioned by wallpaper magazine. Her intention was to dispel any reference to the natural or the organic and on the water the result is a bold, striking and extremely cool boat. There is a limited number for sale so if you've got a spare £10,000 go for one.

Lovely Package

I have recently discovered the blog Lovely Package. I've never really paid a lot of attention to packaging before, often thinking of it as mundane and limiting. However  I'm not sure why because the more good packaging I see the more I realise what a massively creative field it is . The constraints placed seem to produce a greater need for innovation and wit. These are a few of the stand out ones I've seen posted on there. head over and take a good look around.
